Looking for “St. Petersburg donuts”? The local classic is pyshki, St. Petersburg's hot yeast rings dusted with powdered sugar. Try them by Moskovsky railway station on Nevsky Prospekt, in the pedestrian zone by Gostiny Dvor and on Sennaya Square. Each café has its own Soviet pyshki machine and the same recipe, and we make them right in front of you.
Pyshki iz Detstva® (“Pyshki from Childhood”) has three cafés right in the heart of St. Petersburg, and all three work the same honest way: the machine stands in plain view, the pyshki are made while you watch, and there is a whole list of signature drinks to go with them. The pyshka is the same everywhere: hot, dusted with powdered sugar, 40 ₽. Only the character of each place differs. One greets you straight off the train, another is where you will turn in on a stroll, and the third will simply be on your way. Pick whichever is closest.

Whichever café is closer, that is the one to visit for a hot pyshka. And while you decide, take a look at what we serve with it: specialty coffee, signature teas, lemonades and milkshakes.
